Orders and Shipping
Estimated shipping time is 25 days, through India.
However usually for India orders most of the people receive their products between 10 to 15 working days, from the day of purchase. This may change for some states and remote places so may take up to 25 days.
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to help out. We fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel.
Yes, order totals do include taxes

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible for Return:
An item may be eligible for return within 7 days after delivery, if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions
– Package is damaged by courier
– Has missing parts or accessories
– Is different from what was ordered
In the above cases please send a picture of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall provide you a return no. & label for return. Accordingly once the product is received, the refund/exchange shall be done within 72 hours.
We are really sorry, please let us know and we will, as soon as possible send you the item that you ordered, FREE of charge.
In order to send you new item, we need that you send us photo of the wrong item and details of your first purchase.
We are sorry but accidents happen. In order to replace damaged item, we would need that you send us photo as proof and details of you purchase.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, however if the consignee wants to cancel an order before shipping, he/she may do so by sending an email to email@example.com. The entire sum will be refunded to the account of the consignee within 7 working days.
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item was not used or damaged. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
